One of my gifts is that I see the best in people, I see their potential and who they could be at their deepest core. This is why I love Transformation Coaching so much. I am being called to expand my coaching practice and open it up to more people.

I will be starting small, just opening (4) 1:1 spots and one group to explore Radical Transformation and put into practice specific exercises that lead to deep meaningful change. 

We will have structured calls where we learn, practice, discuss and explore. 

The end result is that 3 months from now, individuals will have:

 - Uncovered deep core beliefs and values
 - Built courage to articulate what they need and want

 - Mapped a vision for themselves with a way forward and tangible next step

- Created a sense of peace with what is

However, this is not for everyone. I often say, transformation is not for the faint of heart. If this calls to you, it should be something you are ready to be real and accountable for. One has to WANT this as it is going to take work.

To make our time most impactful, there will be homework at the end of each session that you prepare for the next session.
